Department of Pharmacy Practice

It is the department of pharmacy which deals with distribution of drug or medicines to hospitals, clinics and community. Student becomes able to understand the proper use of drug / medicines in effective therapy of disease by considering the pharmacological knowledge of drug. It also involves management, storage, procurement and dispatch of drugs. Student get knowledge about inventory management, financial management, use of computers, storage, drug-drug & drug-food interactions and counselling of patients at community pharmacy as well as hospital pharmacy.
